This is the new vintage of this young Spanish rosé wine by Albet i Noya.
After the harvest, the grapes were cold-macerated for a few hours, fermented and aged for 5 months in stainless steel tanks.
Prior to its bottling, this organic rosé wine from Penedès was cold-stabilized and filtered.

Lots of red fruit in this organic rosé wine from Penedès. Aromas of cherries, redcurrants and raspberries, underpinned by some floral nuances and hints of aromatic herbs.
This blend of Pinot Noir and Syrah by Albet i Noya is savoury, crisp and smooth, with a delicately bitter touch. Wild berries, garrigue and fine lees. Medium, uplifting finish.
