This is the new vintage of Albet i Noya Reserva 3 Brut Nature, produced by the Albet i Noya winery.
The wine was crafted following the traditional Champenoise method.
Harvested by hand and carefully selected, the grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks for over a period of 26 days.
After that, the wine completed secondary fermentation in the bottle, where it was also aged for 30 months.
Finally, Albet i Noya Reserva 3 Brut Nature 2012 was manually clarified and disgorged. The date of disgorgement is printed on the back label.
Drink now until 2018.
Pale, bright yellow colour with some greenish tinges and a golden rim.
Fresh and elegant, showing notes of ripe white fruit, apples and pears, alongside some herbal aromas, some balsamic remembrances and a dash of toast and fine lees.
Mild and pleasant, suggesting notes of ripe white fruit, aromatic herbs, a touch of citrus and some creamy and buttery nuances. Excellent acidity, very good balance and long, toasted finish.
