The young white wine Austum Verdejo is crafted by the Parxet Group through the Tionio winery.

Produced in Rueda, the grapes used to produced this single varietal Verdejo were mecanically harvested by night to prevent any pre-fermentation caused by the heat of the day.

Fermented at low temperatures in stainless-steel tanks, Austum Verdejo 2017 was not aged in oak to preserve its freshness.

Drink this Spanish white wine over the next 18 months.

Additional Information
