Located in the Rioja Alavesa, the vineyards are farmed following sustainable and environmentally-friendly procedures.
The grapes of this Spanish rosé wine were destemmed and then traditionally vinified with its lees in stainless steel tanks.
Bottled in february 2019, we suggest that you drink Baigorri Rosado 2018 through mid 2020.
The rosé wine Baigorri Rosado has an intense, clean ruby colour with some violet tinges.
Notes of wild berries, candies, some lactic touches. This young rosé wine made from Tempranillo and Grenache also suggests remembrances of aromatic herbs, citrus and flowers.
Fresh and round, this Rioja rosé wine is full of raspberries and strawberries, nuanced by wild herbs and violets. Lively acidity, good balance and medium finish.
|Our personal opinion||
Yummy and intense, Baigorri Rosado 2018 is perfect with fish or shrimp, and great with a roast suckling pig.

I used to drank average French rosés until I discover this wine. Half the price, much better quality.
