The key feature in the production of this is Spanish rosé wine was its long maceration process. The wine must was kept in contact for a long time with the grape skins in order to extract colour and aromas.
After a vinification in stainless steel tanks and French oak truncated cone-shaped diposits, Barbazul Rosado 2018 was blended and bottled.

One of my favourite Spanish rosés. Smells of roses and berries, and the palate is silky and fresh.
