Separately vinified, after the completion of alcoholic and secondary fermentations the wine was blended and aged for 36 months in the cellar.
Bertha Cardús Gran reserva Brut Nature 2011 will improve in the bottle over the next 4-5 years.
Clean, bright golden colour with some greenish and steely tinges.
Complex notes of dry fruit, ripe white fruit, white flowers and citrus, underpinned by aromas of pastry and toast.
Elegant and palate-coating, displaying intense notes of citrus, bread crust, some buttery touches and notions of dry fruit and aniseed. Bubbles are very well integrated, acidity is crisp and finish is long and smokey.
