The Champagne Billecart Salmon Brut Rosé is one of the best known rosé champagnes in the world today. This champagne is crafted by the Billecart-Salmon winery, one of the best "Maisons" in the region, currently run by the seventh generation of the founding family.

This Champagne rosé is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier -vinified as a blanc de noirs- coming from 35 different Crus. Exquisitely vinified, Billecart Salmon Brut Rosé completed secondary fermentation in the bottle and was aged for a minimum of 36 months before its release.

Appearance

The Champagne Billecart Salmon Brut Rosé has a clean, bright salmon-coloured body which casts golden reflections.

Nose

Clean and intense aromas, reminiscent of backed pastries and cookies, with hints of white fruit and citrus. This Brut Rosé Champagne also suggests a note of red fruits, forest berries, and mandarin oranges.

Palate

This Champagne has a pleasant attack onto the palate, with a creamy passage and a refreshing acidity. The aftertaste of this Champagne from Billecart-Salmon is long, with hints of wild berries and herbs.
