The grapes were cold-macerated and then fermented in stainless steel tanks.
Then Blancher Obrac Gran Reserva Brut 2010 underwent secondary fermentation and was aged for more than 3 years in the bottle.
An old-style, artisan Catalan sparkling wine.
Pale yellow colour with subtle golden glints.
Notes of pastry, dry fruit, white fruit and citrus, combined with delicate ageing notes and hints of white flowers.
Creamy and smooth, with a delicate texture and well-integrated bubbles. French patisserie, fine lees, citrus, almonds and jasmine. Lively acidity and long finish with some remembrances of dry fruit.
|Our personal opinion||
Blancher Obrac Gran Reserva Brut 2010 pairs excellently with salmon, foie and creamy cheeses.
