The Bollinger Brut Rosé is a premium rosé Champagne produced in the traditional manner of the region, that is, the white wine is added a little amount of red wine in order to increase its body and give it a characteristic rosy colour.
Then, the blend was added a 6% of Pinot Noir reserve wine, mostly coming from Grand Cru vineyards owned by the Bollinger winery.
Bollinger Brut Rosé was aged for 36 months in the cellar.
Very bright rosy colour with some coppery and violet glints.
Notes of cherries and redcurrants, alongside aromas of pastry, dry fruit, flowers and citrus.
Fresh and lively, displaying a cheerful character and a delicious elegance. Very good acidity, well-integrated bubbles and long finish with remembrances of wild berries and blue flowers.
|Our personal opinion||
Bollinger Brut Rosé is sexy and cheerful. Drink it without food or pair it with Japanese food, shrimp or light dishes.
