Details

The single varietal Tempranillo wine Carmelo Rodero 9 Meses is crafted from vines planted at an altitude of 700 metres above sea level.

First, the grapes used to produce this red wine of the Bodegas Rodero winery were harvested and carefully destemmed.

Then they were cold-soaked, fermented and transferred into French oak barrels, where they completed malolactic fermentation.

After that, this Spanish red wine from Ribera del Duero was aged for 9 months, gently filtered and bottled.

Finally, Carmelo Rodero 9 Meses 2017 was aged for 3 months in the cellar prior to its release.

Drink until 2022.
