The grapes were meticulously harvested and gently crushed in order to obtain the "free-run" juice.
The solid part of the grapes was then swiftly separated from the liquid, and after that the wine must was fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 10 to 15 days.
Prior to its bottling, this Spanish rosé wine was filtered and cold-stabilized.

This rosé wine from Costers del Segre displays fresh notes of red fruit, along with some lactic touches and clear notions of fresh herbs.
This rosé wine from Merlot and Cabernet is very pleasant. Silky and gentle, though also intense. Good acidity and freshness, and long, slightly herbaceous finish.
