Produced by Caves Duran, this Gran Reserve Cava is made from a blend of three native varieties and an international one.
Separately harvested, the grapes of this Cava were meticulously selected in the cellar.
Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks, after which the wine was bottled and completed secondary fermentation.
Finally, Duran Origin Gran Reserva Brut 2010 was aged for 36 months in the cellar before its commercial release.
Production of less than 20,000 bottles.
Pale, clean yellow colour with some golden and greenish tinges.
White fruit, dim citrus notions, subtle herbal nuances and remembrances of aniseed, pastry, toast and smoke.
Fresh, lively and well-balance, with a creamy body and a smooth mousse. Rosy grapefruit, dry fruit, pineapple, some buttery notes and remembrances of dry fruit. Excellent acidity and pleasant finish.
