Made from vinyeards located in the pre-Pyrenees area, in the northern province of Huesca, Edra Grullas de Paso is produced by Bodegas Edra.
Finally, Edra Grullas de Paso 2016 was aged for 4 months in French and American oak barrels.
Drink this wine from Ribera del Gállego-Cinco Villas over the next 2 years.
The red wine Edra Grullas de Paso has an intense cherry colour and a violet rim.
This red wine from Aragón smells of wild berries, withered leaves, toast, chocolate, dry fruit and vanilla.
Smooth and fresh, with remembrances of ripe fruit, aromatic herbs, liquorice, coffee and spices. This wine by Bodega Edra has savoury tannins and a medium finish.

Pretty straightforward. Good fruit and great freshness.
I found this wine by chance. Never heard of it or the winery before. It is surprisingly good, in fact very good for the price. It is amazing how many of unknown great values Spain produces.
