El Vínculo Crianza 2010 is a red wine crafted by the one and only Alejandro Fernández, the creator of the legendary Pesquera wine.
The wine is made from old vines, and it shows the potential of the La Mancha region to produce respectable wines.
Harvested by hand and selected in the cellar, this wine of the El Vínculo winery was traditionally vinified and aged for 18 months in new French and American oak barrels.
After that, El Vinculo Crianza 2010 was aged for a further 6 months in the cellar prior to its commercial release.
Drink now until 2021+
Very bright, clean, medium-high cherry coloure robe with a purple rim.
Notes of ripe black and red fruit, alongside aromatic herbs, sweet spices and dim toasted aromas.
Fresh and well-structured, with a very good acidity and some ripe, mellow tannins. Notes of red berries, a touch of cinnamon and vanilla, and suggestions of unberbush. Long, complex finish.
