Acústic Blanc 2017 is a superb white wine from Montsant produced by the Acústic Celler.
Harvested by hand and carefully selected, the grapes were cold-macerated for 48 hours prior to fermentation.
Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks (70% of the wine must), while the rest was fermented in new French oak barrels.
Then this wine from Montsant was aged for 3 months on its lees.
Decant Acústic Blanc 30 minutes before drinking.
Drink now until 2022.
Acústic Blanc has a bright, clean yellow colour with some steely tinges.
This white wine by Celler Acústic exhibits some complex, fresh notes of white fruit, citrus and tropical fruit, combined with remembrances of white flowers and aromas of Mediterranean undergrowth and some mineral undertones.
Complex and silky, Acústic Blanc, a white wine partially fermented in oak, combines notes of white fruit with suggestions of spices, citrus and smoke. Very good acidity and long, slightly bitter finish.

Acústic Blanc 2017 from Montsant has a distinctive character and a great balance. It pairs wonderfully with Tuna recipes.
