Product Description

Crafted by Viñedos Singulares, Afortunado is a varietal Verdejo made from vines located at an altitude of 900 metres above sea level, in the northern Spanish province of Segovia, an area belonging to the DO Rueda.

Harvested in mid October, the grapes were destemmed, cold-soaked and gently crushed. Then this Spanish white wine was fermented at a controlled temperature for 20 days.

Finally, Afortunado 2020 was aged on its lees for a short period of time to enhance its aromatic qualities.

Pair this white wine from Rueda with finger food, tapas and shrimp.
