Produced in Penedès, Agustí Torelló Mata Gran Reserva Brut Nature is a Cava made from a blend of Macabeo, Xarel.lo and Parellada, all of them coming from old vines.
Carefully vinified following traditional procedures, after the completion of alcoholic and secondary fermentations, this Spanish sparkling wine from the Agustí Torelló Mata winery was aged for a minimum of 36 months in the cellar.
Being a Brut nature, after the disgorgement of the bottle neither shipping-liquor nor sugar was added to Agustí Torelló Mata Gran Reserva Brut Nature 2012. Thus, residual sugar is only 0.5 grams per litre.
The disgorging date is printed on the back label. Drink this Cava from Penedès through 2024.
