Produced in Penedès, Agustí Torelló Mata Gran Reserva Brut Nature is a Cava made from a traditional blend of 45% Macabeo, 30% Xarel·lo and 25% Parellada, all of coming from vines around 30 years of age.
Carefully vinified, after the completion of alcoholic fermentation this Spanish sparkling wine from the Agustí Torelló Mata winery was aged on lees for 3 months. Then it was blended and bottled, after which it completed secondary fermentation and was aged for a minimum of 72 months in the cellar.
Being a Brut nature, after the disgorgement of the bottle neither shipping-liquor nor sugar was added to Agustí Torelló Mata Gran Reserva Brut Nature 2014. Thus, residual sugar is only 0.5 grams per litre.

The Cava Agustí Torelló Mata Gran Reserva Brut Nature is straw yellow with greenish tinges.

Creamy, savoury and fresh, this Cava of bodega Agustí Torelló Mata is delicately toasted and buttery, with a fleck of dry fruit, citrus and aromatic herbs. Tiny, melting bubbles, well-balanced acidity and long finish.
