Produced in Penedès, the Cava Agustí Torelló Mata Gran Reserva Brut Nature is made from a traditional blend of 45% Macabeo, 30% Xarel·lo and 25% Parellada, all of coming from vines around 30 years of age.
Carefully vinified, after completing alcoholic fermentation this Spanish sparkling wine was aged on lees for 3 months.
Then this organic Cava of the Agustí Torelló Mata winery was blended, bottled and went through secondary fermentation. Finally, Agustí Torelló Mata Gran Reserva Brut Nature 2015 was aged for a minimum of 72 months before its commercial release.
This blended Brut nature Cava was added no shipping-liquor or sugar after the disgorgement.

The Cava Agustí Torelló Mata Gran Reserva Brut Nature is medium straw with greenish tinges.
Subtle and lively, this blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada carries aromas of butter, pastry, cooked fruit and citrus, combined with notions of dry fruit, bitter herbs and some mineral suggestions.
Creamy, savoury and fresh, this Cava of bodega Agustí Torelló Mata is delicately toasted and buttery, with a fleck of dry fruit, citrus and aromatic herbs. Tiny, melting bubbles, well-balanced acidity and long finish.
