Made basically from Pinot Noir, nuanced by a droplet of Xarel·lo, Aire de L’Origan Rosé Brut Nature was produced by bodega L’Origan-Gastón Coty from vines 18 to 50 years old located in the villages of Torrelavit and Can Bas, in the Alt Penedès area.
This vintage Spanish sparkling wine belonging to the DO Cava was traditionally vinified. Alcoholic fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks.
After that, Aire de L’Origan Rosé Brut Nature 2015 blended and bottled. Once secondary fermentation was completed, it was aged for a minimum of 48 months before hitting the market.
Fresh and subtle, this Cava rosé brut nature will pair excellently with risottos and sushi.
The cava Aire de L’Origan Rosé Brut Nature is bright rosy, with some steely tinges.
Aromas of wild berries, with some citrusy and butttery notes, and remembrances of aromatic herbs. This blend of Pinot Noir and Xarel·lo is captivating.
This rosé cava of bodega L'Origan-Gastón Coty is smooth and very fresh, with small bubbles. Wild berries and pastry all the way, up to a long finish with some leesy remembrances.
