Belonging to the Clàssic Penedès designation, Albet I Noya Brut 21 is made from an original blend of Chardonnay and Parellada. The grapes come from 25-year-old organically framed grapevines, located in a Penedès area called Serra de l'Ordal.
The grapes used to produce this Spanish sparkling wine were harvested by hand and meticulously selected. After fermenting in stainless steel tanks, the cava Albet i Noya Brut 21 Reserva 2016 was bottled. After that, it completed secondary fermentation and a 18-month ageing period. It was cold-stabilized before being manually disgorged on the date printed on the back label.
This Brut Reserva of the Albet i Noya winery is elegant and fragrant.
Bright and clear, Albet i Noya Brut 21 Reserva has a bright, pale yellow colour with some greenish tinges.
Intensely floral, this organic Cava made from Chardonnay and Parellada also suggests aromas of ripe white fruit, as well as some notes of lees, dry fruit and garrigue.
Creamy and moreish on the palate, with a smooth mouse and a solid structure. This cava of Albet i Noya has a crisp acidity and a long, fresh finish.
