Belonging to the Clàssic Penedès association of producers, Albet i Noya Brut 21 Reserva is made from an original blend of Chardonnay and Parellada. The grapes come from 25-year-old organically farmed vines, located in a Penedès area called Serra de l'Ordal.
The grapes used to produce this Spanish sparkling wine were harvested by hand and meticulously selected.
After completing alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, Albet i Noya Brut 21 Reserva 2019 was bottled. Then it underwent secondary fermentation and was aged for 24 months minimum in the bottle. Finally, it was cold-stabilized before being manually disgorged on the date printed on the back label.
This blended Brut Reserva from the Albet i Noya winery is elegant and versatile.
Bright and clear, Albet i Noya Brut 21 Reserva is deep straw with some greenish tinges.
Intensely floral, this blend of Chardonnay and Parellada conveys aromas of ripe lime and lemon, as well as some notes of lees, dry fruit and garrigue.
Creamy, crisp and moreish on the palate, with a smooth mouse and a solid structure. This sparkling wine from bodega Albet i Noya has a zesty acidity and a long, fresh finish.
