This is the new vintage of Albet i Noya Curiosa Rosa from celler Albet i Noya.
A blend of Pinot Noir and Syrah, this Spanish rosé wine is made from vineyards planted in clayey soils and located at altitudes around 300 metres, in DO Penedès.
After the harvest, the grapes were cold-macerated for a few hours and fermented. Prior to its bottling, Albet i Noya Curiosa Rosat 2021 was cold-stabilized and filtered.
Drink this organic rosé wine from Penedès slightly cool.
