Harvested by hand, the grapes were selected in the cellar and macerated prior to fermentation. Then this Spanish sparkling wine was fermented for 26 days in stainless steel tanks. After that, secondary fermentation took place in the bottle.
Finally, this organic sparkling wine wine was aged for a period of 18 months. Clarification and disgorgement of this Clàssic Penedès were performed manually. The date of disgorgement is printed on the back label.

The sparkling wine Albet i Noya Efecte Brut Rosat has a lively, intense ruby colour with some violet tinges.
This varietal Pinot Noir conveys some seductive aromas of cassis, cherries and strawberries. This rosé sparkling wine also suggests some remembrances of pastry, English custard and red flowers.
Fresh, savoury and a bit creamy, with a very good acidity and a palate defined by notions of red fruit, flowers and patisserie. This wine of Albet i Noya is dry and vinous, with a very good acidity and a medium, slightly bitter finish.
