Vinification of the three varieties was carried out separately.
The Xarel·lo was fermented in stainless steel tanks. The Sauvignon Blanc was also fermented in tanks, and then aged on its lees for 4 weeks.
As for the Chardonnay, it was fermented and then aged for 2 months in oak barrels.
Finally, this organic white wine was blended and gently filtered before its bottling. Quite conveniently, Albet i Noya Lignum Blanc 2017 comes with a screwcap.
The wine Albet i Noya Lignum Blanc has a clean, bright, straw yellow colour with some greenish tinges.
This organic white wine by Albet i Noya combines aromas of tropical fruit, citrus, flowers and stone fruit. The Chardonnay shows in some nuanced by aromas of toast and some lactic touches.
Well balanced and smooth, this organic white wine from Penedès exhibits some creamy and floral notions, nuanced by some hints of aromatic herbs, spices and balsam. Very good acidity and long, fruity finish.
