Details
An organic Spanish white wine produced by the Albet i Noya winery, Albet i Noya Petit Albet Blanc is made from a blend of Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Chardonnay coming from vineyards 10 years of age on average, planted in clay-limestone soils in Penedès.
After a meticulous harvest, the grapes were fermented for 21 days in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature.
Finally, Albet i Noya Petit Albet Blanc 2021 was cold-stabilized and gently filtered before its bottling.
This young organic white wine is easy-to-drink and fresh.

Good combination. Chardonnay is sweet and smooth, Xarel.lo fresh and tart. Pleasing organic white.
