This organic Spanish white wine is produced by the Alta Alella winery.
The wine Alta Alella Pansa Blanca is a varietal Pansa Blanca, a variant of the well-known Xarel·lo grape from Penedès. The vines are grown in sauló soils, which are formed through degradation of granite. The vineyards are near the Mediterranean sea, on the coastal line of Barcelona, in DO Alella.
First, the organically farmed grapes were cold-macerated and gently pressed. Then, the free-run juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature.
Made for early consumption, Alta Alella Pansa Blanca 2022 comes with a screw cap.
