Red Wine Altos de Inurrieta 2015
Availability: In stock
A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Graciano, this red wine from Navarra is planted in shallow, rocky soils on mild slopes at an altitude around 450 meters above sea level. The terroir allows the grapes to develop an intense, distinctive personality.
Traditionally vinified in stainless steel tanks, this Spanish red wine was then blended and aged for 14 months in French oak barrels from Allier. Finally, Altos de Inurrieta 2015 was aged for a further 24 months in the bottle.
We suggest that you aerate this reserva red wine 30 minutes before drinking.
The wine Altos de Inurrieta from Navarra has an intense, deep cherry colour with some ruby tinges.
Nice aromatic complexity, with succulent red and black fruit on the foreground. Once it breathes, this blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Graciano suggests some spicy notes, remembrances of tobacco and leather and a dim mineral echo.
Elegant and substantial, Altos de Inurrieta Reserva shows excellent balance and definition. Ripe tannins, fresh acidity and long finish with some toasted and mineral remembrances.
