Product Description

The Spanish red wine Angosto 2013 is produced in the Valencia DO.

Its composition is as follows: 50% Syrah, 30% Grenache and 20% Cabernet Franc, all of them coming from low-yielding vines grown in soils with low levels of organic matter.

The grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks for 15 days.

After that, this wine of the El Angosto winery underwent malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels, where it was also aged for 12 months.

Drink Angosto 2013 until 2020.

Additional Information
Additional Information

Medium-high, bright cherry-coloured robe with a ruby rim.

Ripe red fruit, fine toasted nuances, remembrances of Arabica coffee, dim mineral notes, a dash of balsam and menthol and vanilla pod.

This red wine from Valencia is creamy and expressive, with a very good acidity and some yummy tannins. Red berries, remembrances of flowers and Eastern spices and suggestions of toast and garrigue. Long finish.

Our personal opinion

Angosto 2013 pairs excellently with roasts and casseroles.

Interesting Bordeaux blend with Syrah. Characterful, with freshness and restrained oak.
