The vineyards are planted in the northern province of Lleida, and they grow under a strict Continental climate defined by stark temperature contrasts.
The Chardonnay was destemmed and gently pressed. As for the Pinot Noir, it was destemmed and then macerated for several hours with the skins.
Then both wine musts of this Cava were separately fermented in steel tanks, subsequently blended, and finally bottled and aged for a minimum of 12 months in the cellar.
Once the process was finished, Anna de Codorníu Brut Rosé Sleever was disgorged and added shipping liquor.
Drink Anna de Codorníu rosado until 2019.
Anna de Codorníu Brut Rosé has a pale rosy colour with some bright salmon tinges.
This rosé Cava made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay displays suggestive notes of wild berries, some creamy aromas of pastry and suggestions of citrus and underbrush.
The rosé Anna de Codorniu Sleever is light, gentle, very fresh and extremely inviting. Tiny, creamy bubbles, nuances of strawberries and amarena cherries and a long, crisp finish.
