Made from over 30-year-old vines, AT Roca Brut Rosat is an organic rosé sparkling wine produced in the Penedès region by the young but already prestigious AT Roca winery.
This brut rosé is made from an equal blend of Grenache and Macabeo. The second comes from three plots located in the Conca del Riu Anoia area. The first comes from vineyards located in the Garraf Massif. Both are organically farmed.
First the grapes were carefully harvested and separately vinified. After that, AT Roca Brut Rosat Reserva 2018 from the Clàssic Penedès designation was aged in the cellar for a minimum of 20 months.
The rosé sparkling wine AT Roca Brut Rosat Reserva has a very bright, clean, pale salmon colour with some bluish tinges.
Subtle and elegant, this blend of Macabeo and Grenache exhibits some seductive aromas of strawberries, wild berries and pastry. On the background, this wine by Agustí Torelló Roca suggests notions of mint, menthol, dry fruit and bitter herbs.
Creamy and round, this organic rosé sparkling wine shows an excellent integration of the bubbles with the wine. This Clàssic Penedès combines notes of red fruit, blue flowers, some lactic touches and notions of aromatic herbs and dry fruit. A wine by AT Roca with a crisp acidity and a medium finish with some citrus remembrances.

Expressive and ridiculously drinkable, AT Roca Brut Rosat Reserva 2018 makes a great pairing with rice dishes, fish recipes and fruit desserts.
