Product Description

A varietal Spanish white wine produced in Val do Salnés, DO Rías Baixas, Atalier Albariño is the result of the collaboration between world-class winemaker Raúl Pérez and his friend Rodrigo Méndez, head winemaker at bodega Forjas del Salnés.

It is worth noting that the Albariño vines are grown in granitic soils, the type best suited for the variety.

Picked by hand, meticulously selected and gently pressed, the grapes were spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts in oak vats of different capacities. After that, Atalier Albariño 2021 was aged for a period of 7 months.

This varietal white wine from Rías Baixas will certainly improve in the bottle over the next years.

The production of this white wine of Raúl Pérez is very limited. Grab one while you can!

Additional Information
Additional Information

The white wine Atalier Albariño is pale yellow with some golden gleams.

Nose This is a clean, transparent expression of the Albariño variety. Lime and lemon peel, with subtle mineral and salty remembrances and notes of white flowers, ripe peaches and menthol.

Crisp and linear, this wine of Raúl Pérez has a remarkable elegance and an Atlantic character. Well-structured and textured, it has a long, smooth finish with some bitter and salty remembrances.

Our personal opinion

The white wine Atalier Albariño 2021 will pair excellently with white meat dishes and seafood recipes.
