Produced by Bodegas Avgvstvs Forvm, Augustus Primer Rosat is a young and yummy Spanish rosé wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
This interesting organic rosé wine is made from vines around 30 years of age located at a distance of only 3 kilometres from the sea. This fact creates a special microclimate that protects the vineyards from the stifling summer heat and brings the wine a distinctive, fresh personality.
Then the grapes of this wine from Penedès were harvested by hand and cold macerated for 6 hours. Then each variety was separately fermented for 20 days in stainless steel tanks.
After that, Augustus Primer Rosat 2022 was clarified, filtered and bottled.

Aug Rosat
This rosé is very versatile. You can drink it without food or pair it with Indian food and pasta. This product is excellent, and I think that the winery should be better known.
