White Wine Barbazul Blanco 2019
Availability: In stock
Near the town of Jerez de La Frontera, in a plot called Pago de Balbaína, Bodegas Huerta de Albalá grows the grapevines from which Barbazul Blanco is produced.
A single varietal Chardonnay, the grapes were harvested by hand, destemmed, and then cold-soaked to extract colour and aromas.
After that, this Spanish white wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks for 20 days. Then Barbazul Blanco 2019 was aged for a minimum of 2 months on its lees.
This young white wine belonging to the Vino de la Tierra de Cádiz geographical indication is cheerful and easy to drink.
The wine Barbazul Blanco has a very bright, clean straw yellow colour with some greenish tinges.
Fresh and very expressive, this Chardonnay from Cádiz smells of orange blossom, peach compote, aromatic herbs, citrus and white flowers.
Juicy and fresh, this young white wine by Huerta de Albalá has a lively acidity and and a fruity character. Delightful remembrances of citrus, flowers and white fruit. Long finish.
