Near the town of Jerez de La Frontera, in the Pago de Balbaína vineyard, Bodegas Huerta de Albalá grows the vines from which Barbazul Blanco is produced.
A varietal Chardonnay, the grapes were harvested by hand, destemmed, and then cold-soaked to extract colour and aromas.
After that, this Spanish white wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks for 20 days. Then Barbazul Blanco 2022 was aged for a minimum of 2 months on its lees.
This young white wine produced under the Vino de la Tierra de Cádiz geographical indication is cheerful and easy to drink.

Cadiz Chard
Incredible as it may seem, this Chardonnay from Cádiz REALLY works!! White peach and pear, taut acidity, long finish.
