White Wine Barbazul Blanco 2021
Availability: In stock
Near the town of Jerez de La Frontera, in the Pago de Balbaína vineyard, Bodegas Huerta de Albalá grows the vines from which Barbazul Blanco is produced.
A varietal Chardonnay, the grapes were harvested by hand, destemmed, and then cold-soaked to extract colour and aromas.
After that, this Spanish white wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks for 20 days. Then Barbazul Blanco 2021 was aged for a minimum of 2 months on its lees.
This young white wine produced under the Vino de la Tierra de Cádiz geographical indication is cheerful and easy to drink.
The wine Barbazul Blanco is medium straw with some greenish tinges.
Fresh and very expressive, this Chardonnay smells of orange blossom, peach compote, aromatic herbs, citrus and white flowers.
This expressive young white wine from Huerta de Albalá has a lively acidity and and a fruit-forward character. Remembrances of citrus, flowers and white fruit. Long finish.
