Red Wine Beronia Crianza 2018
Availability: In stock
This blended Spanish red wine was produced following the unmistakable "Beronia style", defined by a long maceration process.
During that operation, frequent pump-overs and punch-downs are performed in order to extract colour and aromas.
After that, Beronia Crianza 2018 was aged for 12 months in tanks and for another 12 months in combined oak barrels, the staves made of American oak, and the heads made of French oak.
Finally, this Rioja red wine was aged for 6 months in the bottle prior to its commercial release.
The red wine Beronia Crianza is medium cherry with a violet rim.
This blend of Tempranillo, Grenache and Mazuela smells of strawberries, cherries and blackberries, combined with aromas of chocolate, coffee, spices, and some mineral notes.
Fresh and gentle, this wine from Bodega Beronia (a brand of Grupo González Byass) is smooth, with ripe tannins and a well-balanced acidity. Black fruit, some toasted and smokey nuances, and dash of chocolate and coffee. Long, lively finish.
