Availability: In stock
The Torres Sibill family, owners of Caves Bertha, started to produce wines in 1989. The name of this Cava commemorates that date.
Each variety was separately vinified in stainless steel tanks.
Then Bertha Brut 1989 2014 was blended, added shipping liquor and aged for a period between 12 and 18 months.
Drink this Spanish sparkling wine until 2020.
Bertha 1989 Brut has a bright yellow colour.
Fresh notes of white fruit, pears and apples, as well as remembrances of white flowers, fine lees and pastry.
This Cava 1989 by Caves Bertha is fresh and light, with an agile passage through the palate. Juicy fruit, some creamy nuances, very good acidity with some hints of citrus and herbs. Medium finish.
