Product Description

The Torres Sibill family, owners of Caves Bertha, started to produce wines in 1989. The name of this Cava commemorates that date.

This Brut Reserva is made from Parellada, Xarel·lo y Macabeo, the three traditional varieties of the Cava region.

Each variety was separately vinified in stainless steel tanks.

Then Bertha Brut 1989 2014 was blended, added shipping liquor and aged for a period between 12 and 18 months.

Drink this Spanish sparkling wine until 2020.
