Made from the traditional Cava blend, Bertha Cardús Gran Reserva Brut Nature is an impeccably crafted Spanish sparkling wine produced by the Caves Bertha winery.

The wine is made from a blend of 50% Xarel·lo, 27% Macabeo and 23% Parellada.

Separately vinified, after the completion of alcoholic and secondary fermentations Bertha Cardús Gran reserva Brut Nature 2017 was blended from 60 base wines, and then aged for 30 to 50 months in the cellar.

This is a truly versatil Cava Gran Reserva Brut Nature.

The Cava Bertha Cardús has a clean, bright golden colour with some greenish and steely tinges.


Complex and nuanced, this blend of Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada carries aromas of dry fruit, ripe white fruit, white flowers and citrus, underpinned by notes of pastry and toast.


Elegant and palate-coating, this sparkling wine from Caves Bertha has a tingling mousse and an inviting character. Bread crust, a tip of citrus, some buttery touches, and a speck of dry fruit, garrigue, and aniseed. This Gran Reserva Brut Nature from Penedès has a long, smokey finish.
