Cava Bohigas Brut Nature
Availability: In stock
The Brut Nature Reserve Cava, Bohigas, was produced in the town of Òdena in the region of Anoia, which is inside of Barcelona, Spain. It was crafted from a traditional cava coupage of Macabeo, Xarel-lo, and Parellada grapes, and aged in its bottle for 24 months.
During the disgorgement process of Bohigas Brut Nature there was no shipping liquor added.
The clean and bright Bohigas Brut Nature has a pale straw-yellow colored body with fine bubbles
This Brut Nature Cava by the Bohigas winery has some fresh aromas of citrus and stone fruits, along with pear and apple, intertwined with fragrant floral notes. This cava´s crianza ageing instilled aromatics of a freshly backed sugary biscuit that had been sprinkled with sugar alongside a large range of fresh buttery notions.
|Palate||This cava has a pleasant volume and smoothness with a marked load of fruit sensations on the palate. Spiced notes open onto the palate with a little help from this wine´s very well balanced acidity which livens this palate from its start to its finish. The effervescence of this cava is very well-integrated into the palate. Bohígas Brut Nature Reserve cava from Barcelona has a dry finish that is extraordinarily fresh.|
