Details
The red wine Borsao Bole is produced in Campo de Borja, Aragón.
It is made from a blend of 70% Grenache, coming from 15 to 30-year-old vineyards, and 30% Syrah, coming from 10-year-old vineyards. They are planted in rocky and clay-limestone soils.
Traditionally vinified, both varieties were first macerated for 10 days and then fermented in stainless steel tanks. After that, this Spanish red wine was transferred into used French oak barrels.
Finally, Borsao Bole 2020 from Bodegas Borsao was aged in the barrels for 3 months.

Bole
Bodegas Borsao produces many incredible values, but this beats them all!! Nice flavours of cherries and spices, fresh, great ending.
