Details
A young and expressive Spanish red wine produced by Bodegas Exopto, Bozeto de Exopto is aimed specially at young consumers who are not used to drinking wine.
This wine from Rioja is made from a blend of Grenache, Tempranillo and Graciano, coming from vineyards 30 to 90 years old and harvested in little boxes at their optimal ripening state.
As for the vinification process, this red wine from La Rioja was fermented in concrete vats and stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature, with a 7-day maceration.
After that, Bozeto de Exopto 2021 was aged for 8 months in concrete tanks, oak vats and used oak barrels to preserve the freshness of the fruit.
Pair this young red wine with tapas and finger food.
