White Wine Bru Blanc 2019
Availability: In stock
Produced by Celler Cercavins, Bru Blanc is a blend of White Grenache, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc sourced from vineyards located in Verdú, Vall del Riu Corb, a subzone of DO Costers del Segre.
The must was first macerated with the skins, drawn-off and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Then this Spanish white wine was left in contact with the lees for 4 months. Finally, Bru Blanc 2019 was stabilized and filtered before bottling.
Pair this white wine aged on lees with fish and rice recipes and creamy cheeses.
Appearance | The white wine Bru Blanc is pale yellow with some golden tinges. |

Nose | This blend of White Grenache, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay conveys aromas of bone fruit, fine lees and pastry, combined with aromas of spices, dry fruit and balsam. |
Palate | This wine from Celler Cercavins is fresh and savoury. Intense suggestions of white fruit and tropical fruit, some remembrances of undergrowth and spices. Delicately dry, it has a well-balanced acidity and long, fruity finish. |
Our personal opinion | The savoury Bru Blanc 2019 is a versatile white wine from Costers del Segre. |
