Following the current hype - an otherwise entirely justified one - the 2019 vintage of Bruberry is a varietal Grenache.
Harvested by hand, the grapes were fermented and macerated for 14-18 days in stainless steel tanks. Then the wine was aged on lees for some months.
Finally, Bruberry 2019 was aged for a further year in the bottle before its release.
We suggest that you serve this red wine from Montsant cool. It makes for an excellent summer night drink.
The wine Bruberry is bright crimson with a violet rim.
Fragrant and fresh, this Grenache suggests aromas of red berries and wet earth, underpinned by notions of aromatic herbs, Mediterranean garrigue and dim mineral suggestions.
Supple and linear, this wine from Portal del Montsant has a very good acidity and an easy passage through the palate. Mild tannins and a medium, pleasant finish.
