Details
Produced in DOQ Priorat, Brugueres Blanc is a compelling Spanish white wine made in a land famed for its bold red wines.
Crafted by Jordi Vidal, chief winemaker of bodega La Conreria d'Scala Dei, this varietal White Grenache wine is sourced from estate-owned vineyards with the typical Priorat slate (llicorella) soils.
After the harvest, the grapes were cold macerated for 3-4 days prior to fermentation, which took place in stainless steel tanks.
After that, Brugueres Blanc 2021 was aged for 5 months on its lees. The wine was gently clarified before being bottled.
Pair this Priorat white wine with oily fish recipes, white meat and creamy cheeses.

This is a superb white wine from a place famous for red wines. Sleek, well-structured, very gentle on the palate, with fruit, a creamy touch and some earthy sensations. Top white!!
