Product Description

Owned by the Parxet Grup, the Portal del Montsant winery is the producer of Brunus Rosé.

This Spanish rosé wine is a single varietal Grenache made from grapes coming from 3 plots of vineyards between 18 and 25 years of age, located in the towns of Darmòs, Capçanes and Marçà, within the DO Montsant.

Harvested by hand, once in the cellar the grapes were first cold-macerated with the skins, and gently pressed. After that, Brunus Rosé 2018 was fermented at a low temperature and aged on its lees until the next springtime.

Additional Information
Additional Information

The rosé wine Brunus Rosé has a lively cherry colour with some violet tinges.

Among delicate nuances of red flowers and rose petals, this Grenache rosé wine suggests lively aromas of cherries, strawberries, aromatic herbs and citrus.

Smooth and velvety, the lush texture of this Grenache from Montsant is accompanied by a substantial body. Lively notes of wild berries, Mediterranean garrigue and flowers. This rosé of Portal del Montsant is fresh and crisp all the way to the end, which is long, fruity and delicious.

Our personal opinion

Plain and simple, Brunus Rosé 2018 was born to be paired with rice dishes.

Love the Spanish-style rosés, bolder that the French ones. Freeesh and substantial.
