Owned by the Parxet Grup, the Portal del Montsant winery is the producer of Brunus Rosé.
This Spanish rosé wine is a single varietal Grenache made from grapes coming from 3 plots of vineyards between 18 and 25 years of age, located in the towns of Darmòs, Capçanes and Marçà, within the DO Montsant.
Harvested by hand, once in the cellar the grapes were first cold-macerated with the skins, and gently pressed. After that, Brunus Rosé 2018 was fermented at a low temperature and aged on its lees until the next springtime.
Appearance | The rosé wine Brunus Rosé has a lively cherry colour with some violet tinges. |
