Details
An organic Spanish white wine produced by the Can Feixes winery, Can Feixes Blanc Selecció comes from Penedès, a region with a mild Mediterranean climate.
The wine is made from a blend of Parellada, Macabeo, Xarel·lo, Chardonnay and Malvasia de Sitges, coming from vines grown at 400 metres above sea level.
Carefully selected and gently pressed, only the "free-run" juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks.
After that, Can Feixes Blanc Selecció 2022 was aged for a minimum of 3 months on its lees in those same tanks.
This young white wine from Penedès is fragrant and easy to drink.
