Cava Canals Canals Clàssic Brut Nature

This young Cava is made from a traditional blend of Macabeo, Xarel.lo and Parellada
Produced by Caves Ramon Canals, the grapes came fom vineyards located in Penedès.
Separately harvested according to the variety, only the "free-run" juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks.
Then the wine was blended, bottled and aged for a period between 9 and 15 months.
