The single varietal Tempranillo wine Carmelo Rodero 9 Meses is crafted from vines planted at an altitude of 700 metres above sea level.
First, the grapes used to produce this red wine of Bodegas Rodero were harvested and carefully destemmed.
Then they were cold-soaked, fermented and transferred into French oak barrels, where they completed malolactic fermentation.
After that, this Spanish red wine from Ribera del Duero was aged for 9 months, gently filtered and bottled.
Finally, Carmelo Rodero 9 Meses 2018 was aged for 3 months in the cellar prior to its release.
The red wine Carmelo Rodero 9 Meses has a cherry red colour with some violet glints.
A very expressive Tinta del País (Tempranillo) this is, defined by aromas of ripe red fruit, sweet spices and hints of vanilla and cocoa.
Fresh and fruity, this red wine from Ribera del Duero has an supple body and ripe tannins. Creamy notes of fruit, fresh acidity and some earthy remembrances. This wine by Carmelo Rodero has a long, savoury finish.
