Red Wine Carmine Monastrell 2018
Availability: In stock
Produced by Crápula Wines, the grapes of this Spanish red wine were first destemmed, and then fermented and macerated in stainless steel tanks.
After that, Carmine Monastrell 2018 was aged for 12 months in American oak barrels.
Finally, this Monastrell from Jumilla was naturally clarified and stabilized.
Decant 20 minutes before drinking.
The wine Carmine Monastrell has an intense cherry colour with a ruby rim.
Intense and fresh on the nose, this varietal Monastrell begins showing aromas of ripe red fruit, cinnamon, vanilla and coco, slowly evolving into Mediterranean herbs, violets and tree bark.
This red wine of Crápula Wines is yummy and silky. Ripe fruit, some creamy and toasted nuances and some remembrances of blue flowers. Fresh acidity and ripe tannins, with a long, toasted finish.
