White Wine Casal de Armán 2019
White wine from Ribeiro. Treixadura, Albariño & Godello aged for 9 months on lees.

Made mostly from Treixadura, with a droplet of Godello and Albariño, Casal de Armán is produced from grapevines planted on terraces in the Avia Valley, within the DO Ribeiro.
Grown in granitic and slate soils, the grapes were carefully harvested, refrigerated for 12 hours, destemmed and gently crushed with a pneumatic press in order to enhance the extraction of aromas and colour.
Subsequently, this Spanish white wine crafted by the Casal de Armán winery was fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks for about 3 weeks.
Finally, Casal de Armán 2019 was aged for 9 months on its lees to bring it roundness and creaminess.

Nose | Intense notes of white flowers, fennel and ripe white fruit. This blend of Treixadura, Godello and Albariño also suggests some hints of peach, lychee and spring water. |
Palate | This white wine aged on lees is a mixture of exotic fruit, eucalyptus, jasmine and hints of pine needles. This wine of the Casal de Armán winery has a fresh acidity, a clean body and a long, fruity finish. |
